State Senator Keith Regier has introduced a bill to the Senate that would make recreational sales illegal,  lower medical THC to a maximum of 10%, and place a 20% tax on all medical cannabis sales! You can read the text here. We cannot let one person or political group defeat the Will of the People. Montanans voted overwhelmingly to approve adult use cannabis sales in the state. There have been some hiccups but overall, the law as it is written is working.
